Jahrls quick-change system for axial machining consists of chucks with various inserts for high precision and efficiency. Because of the stable construction the inserts are locked hard and manage to perform with a run-out accuracy of better than 0,01mm. Changing of tool can be done with both stopped and running spindle which will save time and money. The Jahrls chucks works with both vertical and horizontal spindle positions. The chuck is available in two different sizes, type 80-3 with inserts for morsetaper 1-3 and type 80-4 for inserts with morsetaper 1-4. We also provide inserts with external B16 taper for use with jawchucks etc.
