DB682010 is our automatic deburring machine with programmable process for gear wheels and contours on rotation symmetrical parts. The setting against the workpiece can be adjusted stepless in length, height and angle, which allows deburring on parts with different sizes. The machine has eight preset programs for different rotations of the workpiece. The machine can be used as a stand alone unit for manual loading or it can be built in a robot cell. The machine start/stop can be called from an external controlsystem. DB682010 is delivered with a VM17 RP grinding spindle. The machine includes an extra output for signals to custom applications. The DB machine is approved with the optional protective conver. |
